ScentSational Aroma Candles have a burning time of 35 hours.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We allow 24 hours for ALL updates on orders. Email us for confirmation on final changes approved by ScentSational Aromas.
MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the damaged item(s) and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK AND TRACKING SHOWS NO MOVEMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please allow an additional 7-14 days from the original shipped date. Please contact the carrier and process a lost package claim. Please send an email [email protected] with your first and last name, order # and claim #. Please allow 24-48 follow up.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, PLEASE HELP!
